Senior full-stack developer — critical portal solutions

About the assignment

Digitaliseringsdirektoratet (Norwegian Digitalisation Agency, Digdir), User Experience and Data Sharing department, is seeking a senior full-stack developer to develop, operate and maintain critical portal solutions. The consultant will work on the backend, integrations and frontend, and contribute to technical architecture, CMS, search and performance. The assignment requires experience with technologies such as Umbraco CMS, React/TypeScript, Azure, Kubernetes and design systems. This is a new role for one consultant, based at Digdir's offices at Økern Portal in Oslo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the backend and integrations, as well as the frontend, of portal solutions
• Implement components and patterns from Designsystemet and ensure universal design and a good user experience
• Contribute to the operation and stability of the solutions
• Support CMS and editorial needs
• Manage databases, search and performance
• Contribute to technical architecture and platform choices
• Integrate with APIs and CMS
• Contribute to a structured and scalable frontend architecture

Required skills

• At least 4 years' documented experience as a full-stack developer
• Experience with agile development methodology and use of Git/Github/Jira/Azure DevOps
• Documented expertise in Umbraco CMS
• Documented expertise in ElasticSearch
• Documented expertise in React and TypeScript
• Documented expertise in Microsoft Azure
• Documented expertise in Kubernetes
• Documented expertise in SQL Server / AzureSQL
• Documented expertise in Astro
• Documented expertise in Cloudflare (workers, cache, etc.)
• Documented experience with Designsystemet
• Documented experience with add-on products (Umbraco, ElasticSearch, React/TS, Azure, Kubernetes, SQL Server/AzureSQL, Astro, Cloudflare) in connection with development and operations
