Senior backend developers — Altinn authorisation and operations

About the assignment

Digitaliseringsdirektoratet (Norwegian Digitalisation Agency, Digdir), in its User Experience and Data Sharing department, is seeking 2 senior backend developers with operations expertise and architecture experience to take over roles currently held by external consultants. The aim is to build in-house expertise in Altinn authorisation and secure the Ops side of DevOps. The tender covers 2 individual consultant positions with identical requirements, not a team, and a contract will be awarded per candidate. The assignment is linked to the modernisation of Altinn authorisation and requires insight into architecture and solution choices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend solutions, preferably in .NET Core, related to Altinn Studio
• Operate and manage container-based applications in a Kubernetes-based cloud solution (Azure)
• Work in a cross-functional, agile DevOps team
• Contribute technical architecture in large, complex projects
• Build in-house expertise in Altinn authorisation to secure the Ops side of DevOps
• Take part in other activities requested by the client within the scope of the agreement

Required skills

• At least 10 years' documented experience as a senior backend developer, preferably in .NET Core, and experience with Altinn Studio
• Documented experience operating and managing container-based applications in a Kubernetes-based cloud solution, preferably Azure
• Documented experience working in a cross-functional, agile DevOps team
• Documented experience with the public sector and Altinn
• Documented experience as a technical architect in large, complex projects
• Documented experience in the field of authorisation
