Tech Lead React/Node.js

An exciting fintech startup is looking for an experienced Tech Lead (React/Node.js) to lead the development of a new, modern payment solution. As Tech Lead, you'll play a central role in establishing the technical direction, architecture and best practices for the development team. You'll help build the team, define technology choices and ensure a scalable, robust and secure implementation of the solution. The assignment suits someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, takes ownership of technical decisions and is motivated by building something from the ground up. Responsibilities: - Technical leadership and architecture ownership - Establishing the development process and best practices - Building and mentoring the development team - Designing and implementing scalable frontend and backend architecture - Close collaboration with product and business Desired skills: - Solid experience with React and Node.js - Experience with system architecture and scalable solutions - Good understanding of security and payment solutions (fintech experience is an advantage) - Experience from startup or growth environments is a plus - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to take technical ownership
